When will my order be shipped after I placed an order?
North American and International rders are shipped via Canada Post within 1-2 business days. Express with tracking service will be available soon.
I live outside of Canada, do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries via Canada Post.
Shibae Shiboo is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.
The importing country uses the HS tariff code (which will be included in the Commercial invoice for customs to determine the duties and taxes applicable to your purchases.)
When will my order arrive?
Domestic Canadian orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days after order is fulfilled.
International orders usually arrive within 1-3 weeks after order is fulfilled.
I received the wrong item(s), what should I do?
Just send us a photo via email at email@example.com and we will replace it free of charge.
What is your return policy if I change my mind or the product is damaged on arrival?
All sales are final once fulflled. We will try our best to accomodate before your order is fulfilled. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org!
If your product arrives damaged - email us at hello@shibaeshiboo with a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assess and follow up the situation.
